An exciting opportunity for a Graduate Electronics Design Engineer - Power Electronics based in Cambridgeshire has opened to join a leading global electronics company developing a wide range of devices used in the aerospace industry.
As a Graduate Electronics Design Engineer - Power Electronics based you will support a newly established and growing team focussed on developing new and advanced technologies for switch-mode power supply devices (SMPS).
After speaking with the Engineering Manager, they would like to hire someone with a minimum of 1 years work experience, ideally from a placement year whilst at University.
The ideal Graduate Electronics Design Engineer - Power Electronics will have an interest in SMPS and power electronics gained from a related degree. You will also need to have either a 2:1 or 1ST BEng an MEng or a PhD in electronics, physics (or a similar subject).
As a Junior Engineer you will receive first class training from a number of very skilled Engineers whilst completing their training course tailored to Power Electronics Design. They will also look to fund new qualifications and help engineers gain a chartered status should this be of interest.
