Housing Business Manager (South West)

Part time: 35 hours/week

Up to £33,500 pro rata

We are looking for a Housing Business Manager based in the South West of England to provide a comprehensive high quality housing management service to our tenants across the South West of England and South Wales, to advise colleagues about housing issues, to create new housing solutions and to develop and maintain positive relationships with a range of housing partners. The successful candidate will also be required to help provide advice and guidance to disabled people and their families about their housing options and to work with people to secure the housing that meets their current and future needs. 

The role is likely to be home based, with access our offices in the South West of England although being based at one of these offices may be an option if required.

Candidates should have a background in housing and a good understanding of housing management, housing law and the world of benefits. The successful applicant will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work in partnership with others, strong problem solving abilities and a commitment to working with disabled people.

In return, we offer a salary of up to £33,500 pro rata (depending on experience), pension, generous annual leave entitlement and many other staff benefits. Just as importantly, you will be a highly valued member of a committed and ambitious team.
