LEGAL SECRETARIAL POSITIONS
We are currently looking to recruit 2 full time legal secretaries to provide first line secretarial and administrative support within our Personal Injury and Compensation Department at our Hanley office and Commercial Property Department at our Newcastle office. Both of these roles are key positions within the business and applications are invited from dynamic and enthusiastic candidates who are able to demonstrate their suitability for such positions.
The successful candidates will be required to produce accurate legal documents and correspondence, undertake administration duties, manage diary appointments, audio typing, file management and liaise with clients.
Candidates must have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines accurately and efficiently.
These roles require an enthusiastic and proactive approach to the job and the ability to work closely with other members of the teams.
